I  sorry  to  hear  that  you  are  very  habituated  smoking. You  know  that  all  the media propagate its bad effects on health . It bears the words " Smoking is harmful to health ."  It is not unknown to you that smoking  causes many incurable diseases like cancer , So I advise you to give up this bad habit immediately .
Please give my compliments to your parents and affection to the younger .
